I had been taking Glucosamine Chondroitin pills. But I was trying to find an alternative because I don’t really like taking pills. I was so glad to find this product. I make my protein drinks in the morning for breakfast and add this liquid to it. You don’t even know its in the drink. But you do notice the results. My joints feel much better and I’m moving around with a few less creaks and cracks (lol). Now I’m looking for as many other supplements as I can find in liquid form.

I have trouble taking big pills. This takes care of that nicely. This is also very effective on the joints!
