I bought these after reading several reviews of how they helped people with diabetic neuropathy. I had it really bad in my feet and was having trouble sleeping so I said I would try anything to see if it would help. These pills started to work almost immediately! I can finally get some sleep without the foot pain. I read that the R Lipoic Acid was even better for you, so I tried Drs. Best brand but it didn’t seem to work as well as the Jarrow Sustain. I am back on the Jarrow Sustain. If I can help just one person with foot pain by recommending this product, I will be happy. I would have never believed something non-prescription could help so much but it really does. THANK YOU JARROW FOR A WONDERFUL PRODUCT!

I take one 15 minutes before eating 3 times a day – use for diabetic neuropathy to prevent it’s advance and promote nerve health.

I’ve tried other brands of Alpha Lipoic acid, but I like the sustained version of Jarrows product,because its slow release.
