I have taken these for 30 days (one bottle).
Why do you drink the POM pomegranate juice?
Is it the taste? To quench your thirst? Because it is good for you? Or because of the tingling sensation and a kick of energy you get about 30 minutes after you drink the juice?
Well, with this pill, you get none of those except maybe the health benefits of the POM pomegranate juice.
Unfortunately, even with the POM juice, you hardly notice any health benefits. It is not because one’s health has not benefitted, it is just that health benefits such as lowering of cholesterol, reduction of blood vessel plaque, and strong antioxidant protection are hardly noticeable especially to an already healthy person. Furthermore, there is no reliable way to gauge the effectiveness of this rather expensive dietary supplement (except taking a medical exam).
There is one noticeable benefit I have seen that suggests my body is benefitting from these pills. My hair has become thicker and shinier.
I personally much prefer the juice. Not only is the POM juice tasty, but it also gives me that extra kick of energy and tingling sensation after about 20-30 minutes that is missing from the pill. The POM juice, however, costs around 5 times more than these pills (per active ingredient) and the 100% pomegranate juice quickly runs out in most groceries, making it unpredictable to obtain.
As with any potent dietary supplements such as these, you should stop taking them when you feel any pain at all in your organs (especially liver). A consultation with doctor is advisable.

Great product. Helped to lower my cholesterol, the bad stuff, and raise the good cholesterol. Solid research on it. Worth a try. I feel better having been on it for a few months now.

I love the taste of POM, so if you so also, that is the best way to get the benefits in my opinion. However, if you’re just looking for ease or don’t like the taste, this is a good way to do it. Lots of great benefits for the heart. Protection from free radicals. Some very specific benefits for men when it comes to ED and prostate health.
Worth a look to see for yourself. There is plenty of information online. If it sounds like something you’d benefit from, this is a quick and easy way to get the benefits.

Two thirds of what you pay for with this product is the fancy container which, in turn, comes in a fancy box. Shop around, I did after my first one, you’ll find a lot less pricier item.
